Welcome to AHTI Games. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, our mobile app, and all services we provide at AHTI. By completing AHTI register steps and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. We keep player funds in a separate bank account from our operating funds, ensuring that your balance is protected from third-party claims in the unlikely event of insolvency.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. When you complete AHTI login credentials setup during registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We reserve the right to verify your identity, address, and source of funds at any stage, and withdrawals will only be processed once we have received and approved the required documentation.

• We do not accept players from a list of restricted countries, including but not limited to the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Germany (Schleswig-Holstein), Spain, and several others listed in our full jurisdiction policy.
• Players from Slovakia are not permitted to access any game within our AHTI live casino section.
• We permit only one account per person, per household, and per device.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept a range of payment methods for AHTI deposit transactions, including Paysafecard, AstroPay, MuchBetter, Interac, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Payz. The minimum deposit is 10 CAD, while a deposit of at least 20 CAD (or its equivalent) is required to qualify for any deposit bonus. For AHTI withdrawal requests, the minimum amount is 20 CAD, and we remit funds only to the same method used for depositing, unless that method does not support withdrawals.

Our maximum cashout limit is 10,000 per 30-day period, with a maximum of 5,000 per transaction; any winnings beyond this cap are paid in monthly instalments. We do not charge fees for withdrawals via cards or e-wallets such as Payz, Skrill, Neteller, or Paysafecard. A wire transfer fee of 10 applies, though it is waived for amounts over 500. A fee of 5 may apply if a withdrawal is requested without prior real-money activity on the account. We do not process withdrawals while a bonus is active, and any unused bonus balance is forfeited upon withdrawal.

Processing Times

Once submitted, your withdrawal request remains pending until midnight GMT the following day before it is forwarded to our accounts department for review. We reserve the right to modify or reverse a pending request at any time before it is fully processed. Standard withdrawals are completed on the next business day following the pending period, though Trustly and Entercash payments may be processed within minutes in select countries. Withdrawals of 5,000 or more, as well as jackpot wins, may require additional verification time.

Bonuses and Promotions

We offer new players a Welcome Offer of 100% up to 100 Super Spins on their first deposit, valid exclusively on the game Thor, with each spin valued at $0.50. Free spin winnings carry a 60x wagering requirement and must be used on slots only, and any spins awarded must be claimed before deposited funds are used for play. As a general rule, deposit-linked bonuses carry a 30x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount, while non-deposit bonuses carry 60x wagering on the bonus amount alone.

Our AHTI casino bonus terms specify that during wagering, the maximum bet permitted is 10% of the free spin winnings amount (minimum $0.10) or $5, whichever is lower. We calculate wagering contributions differently depending on the bonus type: Standard wagering counts only slots and scratch games, Mixed wagering counts 10% of non-slot bets, and Special Mixed wagering counts 50% of eligible non-slot bets. Crash games always contribute 20% toward wagering, regardless of bonus category.
